Being Human
Have you ever heard the one about a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost living together? Well for George, Mitchell and Annie, that's no joke. It's their life... or afterlife as the case may be. The supernatural trio share a rented house, desperately trying to strike a balance between their paranormal problems and the domestic challenges that regular humans take for granted. All in the hope of achieving the simple pleasure of Being Human. By forcing themselves to assimilate into society, they hope to experience the joys and satisfaction of normality...
While Annie helps Nina approach her first werewolf transformation, Mitchell and George confront two playfully malicious vampires, one of whom seduces George.
George, helping Mitchell aid his old vampire flatmate after a killing, bothers Nina, and Annie learns several unpleasantnesses from Saul.
While Annie prods George (still pining for Nina) into helping Hugh regain his ex-girlfriend, Mitchell must commit a heinous act in his struggle to rein in the vampire community.
While Mitchell runs AA meetings for blood addicts, George begins teaching English as a second language, and Annie takes lessons from a war vet in shutting the door.
While Annie babysits a ghost baby and George becomes keen to make a home with Sam and Molly, Constable Wilson pressures Mitchell to clean up society, vampire-style.
Molly catches George in a lie, Annie aids a damaged psychic, a conflicted Lucy seriously betrays Mitchell, and Kemp makes a bold strike at the vampires.
Mitchell and Daisy join together to hunt down those responsible for bombing the mortuary, and Nina innocently brings Kemp to the apartment to meet George and Annie personally.
Mitchell, red with vengeance and fury, penetrates Kemp's compound while George comes upon two upsetting messages that finally put him right to how much they all stand to lose.
