Plot

Dr. Blackgaard shows he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Evil Dr. Regis Blackgaard is desperate to gain ownership of a building not far from Whit's End. To get it, he and his henchmen will resort to corruption and blackmail. Why is that building so important to him? Meanwhile, Connie longs to make things right with Whit. Can she convince him she has learned her lesson and deserves to be trusted again? Then Blackgaard and his pawns go even further. In pursuit of his schemes, they plan to do great harm to someone standing in their way. Can Whit and his friends check Blackgaard's sinister moves?
