Plot

Following the growing pains of young Josh's family in "Once Upon a Summer" as Auntie Lou fall in love. Being a twelve-year-old orphan with an eighteen-year-old mother is working out fine, until the rest of the family decides to find Auntie Lou a fella! "The Winds of autumn" bring hiking and fishing and a coming of age through tragedy as Josh learns the importance of forgiveness towards family and enemies, and commitment to a way of life that he believes in. "Winter is Not Forever" sees graduation and big decisions about the future as Josh's friends make life choices that have serious consequences, yet Josh waits for a sense of direction that-in the end-is in him all along. A new Life and new family are "Spring's Gentle Promise" as Josh finds love and a new beginning, facing troubled times with responsibility and faith.
