Plot

While sightseeing in Rome, siblings Mark and Penny Daring, and their friend David discover they are being followed. What they don't realize is that thugs have planted phony money on Penny, hoping to falsely accuse her father's business partner of making the counterfeit money. Soon, Mr, Daring himself is kidnapped and Mark, Penny, and David are his only hope for a rescue. Can they save him without getting caught themselves?
