Born and Bred

Interior designers Santiago and Milli have the perfect life with their beautiful daughter in an upscale Buenos Aire neighbourhood. That all ends on a dark country road and, next thing we know, Santiago is working as a labourer in a bleak airstrip in Patagonia. Director Pablo Trapero's fourth feature is intimately detailed; the landscape reflects the spiritual wasteland of a guilt-ridden survivor.
