Superman, Vol. 1

In his release from the Phantom Zone, the Parasite manages to pull Mon-El through the rift just long enough to siphon a taste of his power. Saving it until Superman has left, he uses it to break free. But that taste is not enough. He plans to bring the Daxamite back to Earth to feed upon until he retains those abilities. The Guardian addresses the Science Police, revealing his identity and origin to them in the wake of the Kryptonian crisis. The mysterious new Flamebird and Nightwing meet with Jay Garrick to ask him a favor. Superman learns from Mon-El that General Zod, his followers, and a number of other imprisoned Kryptonians are no longer present in the Phantom Zone. He travels to New Krypton, in orbit directly opposed from Earth, to see what Alura knows.
