There's a growing divide between the citizens of Gotham. The OG's (Gothamites who stayed through the No Man's Land) and the DZ's (who evacuated the city, only to return once the money came back to rebuild) are increasingly at odds. But when someone claiming to represent an OG group bombs a Wayne Enterprises housing project, the conflict is brought to a whole new level. Batman and Gotham Central race to find the bomber before they can force Gotham to tear itself apart, killing the city.
