Police commissioner James Gordon has been shot in the back. The detectives of Gotham Central have the guy that did it... one of their own. Jordan Reynolds was a mobster that Gordon busted years ago in Chicago. He entered witness protection, and then joined the Gotham police in the recruitment drive following the end of No Man's Land. They have him in interrogation now, but without enough physical evidence to charge him. Can Allen and Montoya get a confession out of him before they have to turn him loose?
