The Big Man is running crime in the city, with the help of his three Enforcers. They face off against Spider-Man, who is weakened by the blood transfusion he had to give his Aunt May. He starts the hunt for the Big Man with his brains instead of his brawn, and soon finds a prime suspect when J. Jonah Jameson, with his constant tirades against Spider-Man and excellent resources, is repeatedly seen where the Big Man can be found.
