The Ringmaster and his Circus of Crime are in town, and they are advertising the presence of Spider-Man in their circus. Spider-Man was unaware of the arrangements, but decides to appear and give a hand for charity anyway. He is soon hypnotized along with the rest of the crowd, with one exception: Matt Murdock, attourney at law, better known to the masses as Daredevil.
