Today is one of the worst days of Peter Parker's life. He needs to give Betty Brant a clean break, given her feelings about Spider-Man. What's worse, he learns the cause of Aunt May's ailment is exposure to radioactivity, most likely from the blood transfusion he gave her. May's only hope is ISO 36, a compound recently stolen by the Master Planner, now revealed to be Dr. Octopus.
