Cap arrives at a hostage situation in the Empire State Building, which is the latest Hydra plot. Once there, he learns the impetus of the entire Capmania: "Sensational Hydra," this faction's leader, is actually one of three Skrulls who have infiltrated Hydra to ge revenge on Earth. One takes Captain America's form, while the other two kill the human Hydra agents and leave Captain America tied up by Skrull technology.
