Civil War - Embedded, Embedded, Part Three

"Embedded, Part 3" - Sally Floyd makes contact with Typeface, Solo, and other unregistered heroes to hear their comments, while Ben Urich meets with Reed Richards to learn why he's so sure that registration is the right way to go. After this, the Civil War suffers its first fatality when Thunderclap and Bantam face off against each other. "The Accused, Part 3" - Robbie Baldwin's life in jail is unpleasant, but it's improved somewhat with Jennifer Walters acting as his council. In spite of her advice, he still refuses to register, on the grounds that he's not the one that chose to blow up. "Sleeper Cell, Part 1" - The mysterious death of a fish store owner is under investigation. Little do the investigators know that the employees were not exactly as they seemed. Unnamed poem - Again, this compares history in the real world to the Marvel Universe.
