In the world's new history, the teleportation experiments brought the Four and Victor to a world ruled by Skrulls, where the Skrulls gave them pills that cure all diseases, stop aging, and turn every member of the population into a superhuman. Ben Grimm is the last man on the planet to opt out of taking them, which turns out to be a good thing for him when the true nature of the pills is revealed.
