Johnny and Ben are on a double date when Johnny collapses in pain. He seems to have picked up a gestating alien that will kill him inside of a week if they can't find a way to get it out of him. After going to the "Frightful Four" (their zombie alternates), as well as the Inhumans, they finally break down and decide to ask Dr. Doom for help.
