Spider-Man goes to Captain De Wolfe in hopes of sending the police after Hammerhead so as not to do the Kingpin's dirty work. She gives him advice he doesn't want to hear, just before she informs him of a disturbance in Chinatown. It seems that Shang-Chi (last seen in Ultimate Marvel Team-Up #16) and Danny Rand (the Iron Fist, last seen in Ultimate Spider-Man 1/2) were having a nice chat over a meal while catching up on old time when the Hammerhead came after Shang-Chi for his interference in local crime. The pair take out a huge number of Hammerhead's underlings before Spider-Man comes to help, but soon it is Spider-Man who receives help from an unexpected source.
