Spider-Man is distracted from his confrontation with Roxxon, Silver Sable and the Wild Pack by the appearance of the Vulture, rigged up and ready to fight. After a lengthy battle, the Vulture is captured, but the others escape. Nick Fury has a very good day cleaning up the mess, solving the source of tech that drove the Vulture, Omega Red and the Killer Shrike. Peter, however, has a very lousy day, having to go back to school and deal with the fallout from the TV special based on Flash Thompson's version of events.
