Norman Osborn has escaped, using new abilities brought about as a result of ongoing evolution from Oz exposure. His escape also frees many others trapped in the Triskelion, who have a variety of opinions about Osborn. Osborn, though, heads straight for the television networks, where he plays the victim on national television, blaiming Fury for everything that's happened, all the while completely unaware of what's happened to Nick Fury himself.
