DD finishes a workout and heads out for patrol, when he overhears the Matador and Electro conspiring against him. Electro has rounded up a number of DD's past adversaries, in hopes that five of them can succeed where they each individually failed. DD soon finds himself face to face with Electro, Matador, Gladiator, Stilt-Man and Leap-Frog, and is forced to deal with them simultaneously.
