Bullseye gets wind of Elektra through the Punisher, who lets him know what's going on in the hopes that Bullseye will get himself killed doing something stupid. He manages to escape from prison, and makes the death of Elektra his primary objective. Elektra's good, but so is Bullseye. Moreover, Bullseye sees enough to realize exactly who it is under Daredevil's mask.
