"Master of the Power Ring" - Hal Jordan is in for a surprise: he's no longer in control of his power ring. Some outside force with greater willpower has taken control of it, and is forcing Hal to do things he doesn't want to do without realizing it. Hal needs to figure out a way to identify and defeat the culprit without losing control of his ring.
"The Dual Masquerade of the Jordan Brothers" - Hal heads to his uncle Jeremiah's birthday party, only to learn that it's a costume party. What's more, the criminal Red Peters is on the loose, and he's got grudges against Jeremiah (the judge who put him away), Jack Jordan (the D.A. who prosecuted the case) and Green Lantern (who he thinks is Jim Jordan due to a misleading news article.) Hal has to catch the criminal and protect all three without revealing his secret identity.
