"Mystery of the Deserted City" - Green Lantern heads out to an isolated town to help them deal with an imminent earthquake. When he arrives, the town appears deserted. Little does he know the residents have been shifted into another plane of existence, and will die of hunger and thirst if they aren't sent back.

"Amazing Transformation of Horace Tolliver" - Hal tells a tale of a time his subconscious granted a wish fullfillment power to Horace Tolliver, a meek bank worker. Horace gained considerable personal power through this wish, and wasn't at all willing to give it up easily.
