Coast City is gone, destroyed by Hank Henshaw and Mongul to make way for Engine City. Hal summons all of his willpower to bring it back, and starts to make peace with his past. Unfortunately, making peace will take more than 24 hours, and the ring's charge fails first. Hal finds this turn of events somewhat difficult to accept.
