"Magnetic North, Part 5" - Magneto is free of his cell, and orchestrating the entire conflict. The X-Men arrive in time to convince the Ultimates to refocus their attention. Some of Fury's men are lost, but only one of Magneto's group gets away. Meanwhile, Angel feels all of the repurcussions of his decisions.
"Visions, Part 2" - Vision tells Sam about one planet in particular she visited, that cracked the code on her hull with time to act. To be continued in "Ultimate Fantastic Four #26."
