Not All My Power Can Save Me - The Leader has fallen, and left Hulk with the Watcher's Ultimate Machine. He uses it, and hears a call for help from Rick Jones. Knowing that only the President can help, the Hulk heads to Washington. His approach is misinterpreted, and he is attacked with Bruce Banner's experimental T-Gun.
