He manages to unknowingly get enough painful feedback through to Krang to break his old and best the beast, but he does so after Dorma leaves. She encounters Krang, and pledges to marry him so that he will stop the assault on Namor, thinking this action will save the life of her beloved.

They Dwell In The Depths - Tyrannus uses a teleportation ray to capture the Hulk, hoping to use the Hulk's power to overcome Mole Man and regain access to the fountain of youth. Hulk does not intend to help, even after he learns that Rick, Betty, and Glenn Talbot have been taken prisoner.
