Curt Connors' new assistant, Vincent Stegron, has used Connors' formula with dinosaur blood instead of lizard blood to turn himself into a dinosaur as the first step in his plan for world domination. It's up to Spider-Man and Ka-Zar to try to stop him, but unfortunately, he has an escape route planned.
