Richard Rider heads into Kree space to respond to the distress call, and is immediately assaulted by Phalanx-infected sentries. He tries to escape long enough to heal his wounds after the massive assault, but the cordon around Kree space prevents this. Richard Rider is seriously wounded, but the Worldmind isn't about to let the Nova legacy die.
