The DEO is studying the rocket that brought Power Girl to earth, meanwhile The Legion of Super-Heroes shows up from the 31st Century, calling her Andromeda and telling her she needs to come home with them. They prevent her from saving a crashing jet, which Superman and Supergirl manage to catch. She then finds out that she is still seeing and fighting things that aren't there. The last page reveal shows us who is behind her problems, but not why.
