Orville Smythe visits Luke Cage at Cage's office, and hires him on behalf of Tony Stark to test security at the Stark plant. Sneaking in, Luke runs smack into Iron Man. It's a big fight that ends with Cage admitting the security is too tight with Iron Man there - but then discovers Iron Man knows no Smythe! The whole incident was a distraction to allow Smythe to steal the Star Suit. Cage won't let him get away with that!
