Bruce and Dick go on vacation to a nice, quiet town. They soon learn the town is quiet because they're scared to talk. Corrupt politicians run the town, and they take orders from the local mob. It's up to the Dynamic Duo to shut down the criminals and incite the masses to retake their city.
