The members of the Justice League soon find their powers fading, if only momentarily. Looking into the phenomenon, the Flash discovers a series of crimes that appear to have been caused by someone with each of their abilities. The group deduces that the criminal is looking for ways to extend his or her lifetime, and split up to protect his most likely targets. While divided, they are faced with Amazo, a robot with their combined powers, who proves too much of a threat for the team to face while divided.
