Spider-Man is back in action, and New York has just become a more dangerous place to be. A new villain on a suspiciously goblin-like glider is killing criminals, and the new editor of the Daily Bugle (or D.B. as Dexter Bennett thinks of it) is offering a $10,000 bonus to any member of the staff who can get a picture. But in trying to track down this new Goblin, Peter repeatedly crosses paths with Jackpot, a new registered heroine. A heroine who reminds him a lot of his ex-girlfriend.
