Apocalypse, Conclusion
The X-Men take a back seat and the reborn Phoenix deals with Apocalypse. She defeats him with little effort, but then turns to the Professor to berate him for not doing enough to change the world. She then eliminates all evidence of the battle, leaving only select witnesses behind with any memory of the event.
