Main story: Daredevil foils a bank robbery on the way to court, though private property is damaged in the process. He wins his current court case against wrongful dismissal, but soon ends up being asked to sue Daredevil for property damage caused. The odd thing is, Matt knows Daredevil didn't do what he's being sued for.
Back story: "My Brother's Keeper" - Spider-Man and Daredevil share some good-natured ribbing, but are definitely there for each other when things get hairy.
