| Release: | Oct 1968 |
| Cover: | Oct 1968 |
Fury is on his way to an LMD test when he tracks down a lead on the identity of Scorpio, last seen in issue #1. He faces Scorpio, and is rendered unconscious. When he comes to, he finds that Scorpio has taken his place, and that he himself has replaced the LMD which is to go through rigorous trials, designed to test its limits by exceeding them. Drugged to the point of dulled reflexes and no voice, he must somehow stop Scorpio and prove his own identity while surviving the death-trap course.
