Daredevil has been entrusted with papers that hold incriminating evidence against local racketeers, and he's trying to protect them. Peter Parker arrives to interview him just as Ramrod arrives to steal said papers. When Ramrod proves strong enough to go through any floor or wall, ripping the safe apart to get them, the heroes realize they're in for quite a fight.
