Daredevil and the Black Widow have been drugged and captured by the Owl, to be used as victims in his brain stealing machine. Black Widow frees herself, and is forced to capture Shanna O'Hara in exchange for DD's life. She does, but the Owl's plans go awry when he learns that Shanna has become a superhero while he was in prison.
