Fury offers Foggy an interesting proposal: join S.H.I.E.L.D. as a member of its board of directors. While Foggy is considering it, Hydra sends out a second group to capture him. With S.H.I.E.L.D.'s help, Daredevil and Black Widow hold off most of the attackers, but they are unable to stop the Dreadnought. Foggy makes a fateful decision in the moment of crisis.
