Cable had just wrapped up a training session with Cannonball when he is attacked by Deadpool, a mercenary hired by Mr. Tolliver to kill him. After some witty banter and the intervention of Domino (among others), Deadpool is captured, tied, gagged, and mailed back home via Federal Express. Meanwhile, Sunspot learns his father has died, but does not yet know it was murder.
