Nick Fury is leading the team that is recovering the volatile core of the crashed helicarrier. Not only have unidentified individuals managed to get on board and trigger a problem in the core, but Hydra and A.I.M. have joined forces once again to capture that core. Even more surprising, sleeper agent Jack Rollins calls Fury into the Roxxon corporation, whose Delta project involves many of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s private files. Fury is unable to secure a team of investigators from the Board, however, and Rollins changes his story after a rather intense meeting with Jimmy Woo. Fury soon finds himself on the run, accused of treason.
