52 Aftermath: The Four Horsemen

Working as Clark Kent, Superman reports on the situation in Bialya following Black Adam's attack on the country at the end of 52. He is joined by Batman and the pair of them investigate an industrialist who is embezzeling the aid relief being sent to the country.On Oolong Island, the scientists who created the Four Horsemen are now, under the control of Veronica Cale, attempting to find a way to destroy them. Cale feels guilt over her part in their creation and the deaths they caused, particularly Black Adam's family. Wonder Woman arrives and threatens Cale. When Batman confronts the industrialist, he finds him possessed by one of the Horsemen, Hunger. Batman is attacked but rescued by Superman who, strangely, is bitten by Hunger.
