Danger -- Atom-Gun at Work! - Ray Palmer finds a theif in his laboratory who has found a way to create a powerful beam of destruction fueled by the Atom himself.
The Gold Hunters of '49! - Ray visits his friend Dr. Hyatt, inventor of the time pool, and travels back to 1849 to look into a chemical formula that is missing from an old scientific tome. While there, he stumbles onto a couple of crimes, one of which is being investigated by Edgar Allen Poe.
