Peter has traveled to the West Coast to attempt to reconcile with MJ. Unfortunately, Dr. Octopus is also in California. His technology has been stolen, and used by an aspiring super-villain to create a suit of battle armor. Bent on vengeance, he and Dr. Octopus clash, endangering everyone in a hotel near the movie studio where MJ is filming.
