Wally West awakens to find himself in the hands of the Keystone Police... who have never heard of The Flash. What's more, they think he's involved with a costumed criminal who escaped. He can still feel his connection to the Speed Force, but for some reason his speed is gone. He's placed in a cell as he tries to figure out what's happening to him, until he's rescued by someone he doesn't expect.
