Spider-Man spots a man in nifty armour flying by, and follows along to talk to him. This "beetle" opens fire, attempting to shoot Spider-Man down, while barely slowing down on his way to Roxxon headquarters. Spider-Man starts investigating the man's identity the next day when Nick Fury arrives to tell him not to.
