Part two of a story that begins in "Green Arrow, Vol. 2 #125" and ends in "Green Arrow, Vol. 2 #126" begins with Kyle and Connor in the middle of a race riot. The pair works to keep people isolated from each other until cooler heads can prevail, but that'll be quite difficult with a couple of outspoken individuals broadcasting racial hatred on national television.
