"Birthday Boy" - Peter is late for Harry's birthday party, due to an encounter with the Trapster. While there, it becomes clear which guests are friends of Harry the person, and which are there for Harry the business partner.

"The Spartacus Gambit - Character Assassination: Interlude" - This preview of a part of the story arc due to begin with "Amazing Spider-Man #582" involves the pre-trial of Spider-Man for the Spider-Tracer murders. His lawyer, Matt Murdock, manages some deft manouvering around the existing civil case against him, but Spider-Man is still denied bail.
