Daredevil is under gunfire and attacked with tear gas. In the confusion, he manages to escape intact, but is unable to prevent Dakota North from getting shot. Even so, he still has to figure out exactly why Ben Donovan is confessing to a crime he didn't commit, and why the federal government has agents in place to make sure he does.
