The Guardians of Oa bring a small number of Green Lanterns with them to visit Zamaron, home of hte Star Sapphires, to speak of their amassed power. They find the answers almost as unsatisfactory as Kyle Raynor's hunt for Kryb, and are forced to add a new law to the books of Oa.
